After my mother passed away and my father moved into a retirement residence, I was faced with the daunting task of deciding what to do with many of my parents' belongings. Thank goodness Jackie offered her help. Her energy was never-ending, and her positive approach made the purging process far more rewarding than I could've ever imagined. Thank you for everything, Jackie! Your project management skills were crucial to us reaching our goal, and despite the sensitive nature of the undertaking, you brought joy and laughter to the task.

When I moved from a 3-story townhouse in London, Ontario to a 2-bedroom apartment in Port Hope, Jackie totally organized my move. She managed everything from purging, junk disposal and cancelling utilities, to co-ordinating with my landlords and movers. On the Port Hope end, she mapped out a floorplan for my furnishings, cleaned and readied the apartment, and co-ordinated the utility hookups. On moving day, she was there to supervise, help unpack and set up my new home. I can't imagine what I would've done without her help and expertise. 

Jackie swooped in at an unbelievably overwhelming time in my life. Newly widowed, I was trying to downsize from a 3000 sq ft. home to a 1200 sq ft. townhouse. I had 30 years of furniture, mementos, sports equipment and general household contents to sift through. Jackie gently guided my mind from "fight or flight' to inspiration and fun.
